The lakehouse is conveniently located half way between Rochester and Syracuse (40 min.) with easy access to major and local attractions.. Fly into Rochester, Syracuse, Ithaca or Buffalo. Private plane...fly into the Sodus/Williamson or Seneca Falls Airports.
Or take the train to Syracuse or Rochester, then rent a car.
Plenty of off street parking for up to eight vehicles or for your boat & trailer.
Rates
Spring rate: May 1 to May 14, $1400 per week*
Peak Season rate: May 15 to Set. 15 $1650 per week for 6 people.*
Fall rate: Sept. 16 to Oct. 31; $1300 per week
Week end rates available May, June, Sept, Oct _ $250/night w/ 3 night min.*
$300 security deposit (returned w/in 14 days upon vacating)
$12- cleaning fee
Marina Privileges include up to 4 individuals

There are many activities available to you while staying at the lake house.Take a half or all day fishing trip on the bay or the lake. Catch King Salmon, Trout, Bass or Perch. Rent a sail, motor, or pontoon boat from the Yacht Harbor, or one of the many other marinas. Listen to nightly music and dine at one of the many great area restaurants. Kayaking, hiking, sport shooting, golfing and tennis are a few of the activities available. Visit the historic Chimney Bluffs and experience the many fruit and farm market with local specialties. Visit the Heluva Good Cheese store, bet on the horses or gamble at the Finger Lakes Gaming Race Track, experience the excitement of the Spencer Speedway or the beauty of Watkins Glen Gorge and Raceway. Visit Hill Cumorah Center, Letchworth State Park, Sea Breeze and Darien Lake Amusement Parks, as well as the Strong Museum for children.
